is an outsider Artist
who has been of
the local Delaware
and national scene
for many years.
He is well recognized
in Wilmington, rolling
around in his artfully
painted car, participating
in parades and art
festivals alike.
His style lends
itself well to the
walls of 7Arts Studio
with its colorful,
expressive, and
imaginative markings.
Carl has a large
body of works to
be displayed in
the month of December.
